1) How To Make Avocados Last Longer
Useful glossary of culinary terms
Once they are ripe, put them in the fridge to stop their metabolization and they will last for several more days versus just putting them on your counter. If you only eat 1/2 an avocado at a time, take some lime juice (concentrated stuff in the fake plastic lime squeeze bottle is fine) and rub it around the exposed flesh of the avocado and pop it in a ziploc bag, will not go brown for a day or two.

2) How To Crack Eggs On A Flat Surface
Source: Howcast
The key here is instead of tapping the egg to crack it a few times grip it firmly then hit it hard on a flat surface. It will then come apart easily instead of chipping off into the bowl/skillet.
3) How To Cook Steak In The Oven
Not all of us are fortunate enough to have an outdoor grill to cook steak on. Many apartment complexes and HOAs don’t allow for grills due to fire hazard concerns. I’ve actually tried this recipe and I must say it’s just as good if not better than cooking on a grill.
4) Steaming Chicken Wings
Where I’m from steaming chicken wings seems like blasphemy. I recently tried this recipe out and was blown away by how juicy they tasted.
I steam them for 10 minutes in a rice cooker, then let them cool overnight, then bake them the next day at 450 for 45-50 minutes. Shit’s out of this world.

Once you cook bacon in the oven there is no going back. Not only does it preserve the juiciness of the bacon better but it also is much cleaner then cooking it on a standard frying pan.

The key to this recipe: Let Your Bread Get Stale Overnight.
My girlfriend and I recently tried it out and we were amazed at how much crispier the toast is if you let it sit out overnight.
